We work with the couple to determine the best location for the cappuccino cart. It’s usually set up in a highly visible area either in the church lobby or near the parking lot. As guests approach the cart, Espresso Dave, or one our talented baristas, greets them with a choice of two beverages: Gourmet Hot Chocolates prepared with luscious, thick white or milk Ghiradelli chocolate, topped with swirled whipped cream OR Wedded Bliss-ccinos featuring steamed, rich eggnog with shots of pure espresso and dreamy drizzles of caramel. Each drink is prepared with expert attention and served in lidded to-go cups to prevent any travel mishaps.
The simplicity of the menu helps to streamline the coffee service. It is designed to allow guests to order easily and receive their handcrafted beverages quickly so as not to miss a minute of the couple’s wedding reception.
